Joseph was the co-star of the hit show “Dual Survival” on the Discovery Channel for 3 seasons.  He survived in some of the most demanding and brutal environments on the planet.  He has survived in the jungles of Sri Lanka, the deserts of Oman, the glaciers of Norway and everywhere in between.  He is considered a subject matter expert on extreme outdoor survival, urban survival and emergency disaster preparedness.  

Joseph is a former stockbroker for the prestigious wall street firm Bear Stearns.  He held a series 7 and 63 stockbrokers license, as well as obtaining a Registered Investment Advisor credential.  

He is a published author, writing his first book, Lone Operator, How to Survive and Thrive in the Modern Age.  This autobiography is about his life, hard lessons during a long career in military and government special operations forces, and how to apply them to your life.
